Mrs. Winnie May Liddell, 72, 1605 E. Memorial Dr., Janesville, died Friday, Mar. 30, in Mercy Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born May 18, 1906 in Milton, the daughter of Elizah and Walthy Amer Hudson. She married A. Kent Liddell, Jan. 4, 1926. They operated Kent's Bakery in Milton from 1938 to 1954 and she was a member of the Milton Congregational Church of Christ and Republican Women's Club.
Survivors include her husband, Kent; one brother, Walter Hudson of Milton; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held April 2, at Milton Congregational United Church of Christ with burial in Milton Lawns Memorial Park, Janesville. Memorials may be given to the church. Overton Funeral Home, Janesville, was in charge of arrangements.
