- Kenner, Winder, of St. Stephen's Parish
- W. W. 11 June 1784---W, P. 8 August 1785
- Executors to sell the land whereon Mrs. Ann Shearman now lives, to pay my debts.
- Wife Mary Kenner-during her natural life, two negro women, Rachel and Eve, and their increase, except negro boy Peter (son of Eve), also my Pheaton with harness for two horses, and two of the best horses I have, and she to have power in her last will to dispose of the negroes Rachel and Eve, and their increase except Peter, among my four children Mary, Winder, Frances Ball, and Elizabeth, or to which of them my wife thinks fit, and if wife does not dispose of them, I leave them to be equally divided among my four children.
- Daughter Mary-negro fellow Gabriel, Hannah, John, Frank, andSall. Son Winder-negro boy Peter,
- Daughter Frances Ball-negro girl Mima.
- Daughter Elizabeth-negro girl Tabby.
- Wife-to have use of my plate, household and kitchen furniture, during her widowhood for the conveniency of her and my unmarried children.
- Son Winder-my plate and furniture in the middle house, choice of my guns, and my sword.
- Rest of furniture-to be equally divided between my three daughters.
- Residue of negroes and other personal estate to be equally divided amongst all my children.
- If any of my three unmarried children should die before the age of twenty one years unmarried, their part to the survivor of my three children.
- Son Winder-to be genteely educated at the expense of my estate, andall my lands to son Winder.
- Wife-besides the legacies given her, to share in my estate as if I had left no will.
- Wife, Capt. Spencer Mottrom Ball, and Capt. Robert Conway, executors.
- Witness: William Nelms, Cuthbert Elliston, Shapleigh Waddey, and Charles Lowe
