daughter Judith Brent estate I gave her at marriage with Brererton Kenner, land on Rocky Run, Loudoun County;
William Jett and Katherine, his wife, land I gave them adjacent above, and 5 Negroes; daughter Katherine Lane; son-in-law Thomas Lawson, Negroes and stock; Lettice, wife of Thomas Lawson; son-in-law, John Berryman and wife Martha Negroes and stock; son-in-law Benjamin Berryman and wife Sarah; daughter Elizabeth Newton land where on I live, stock, chariot with 4 horses and 10 Negroes; daughter Mary Newton 21 Negroes.
Codicil 6 January 1767 - Grandson Willoughby, son of John who has died since the making of this will;
granddaughter Elizabeth Ashton and Anne Jackson;
Betty widow of son John.
