Willis W. Long, 66, of 249 McKinley Ave. NW, Carrollton, was dead on arrival at Timken Mercy Hospital Wednesday of last week after suffering a heart attack. He retired June 4, 1976 as custodian at Carrollton High School. Born in Barnesville, Ohio November 1, 1909. a son of the late Carlos and Olive (Neuhart) Long, he had resided in the Carrollton, area 40 years. He was a member of Carrollton First Presbyterian Church where he served as a deacon and elder. A former village councilman, he was also a member of the Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife, the former Marie Kohler; two sons, Richard C. of Carrollton and John P, of Scio; one brother, Robert of chandler, Arizona, and four grandchildren. Services were held Saturday in Carrollton First Presbyterian Church with Rev. John B. Visser officiating. Burial was in Westview Cemetery, Carrollton.
