Witnesses: Francis Newby, Moses and Margaret Elliot. Proven before Richd. Everard. Nuncupative codicil dated December 10, 1729, and proven before Ezekiel Maudlin by William Green, Jesse Newby and William Morris, devises lands in York County, Virginia, to daughter.
