I received the information that "William Standiford has an old marker on top of a knob, on old Cecil Darrow Farm (formerly Stanley Lancaster Farm) on Blake Ridge, off Bowman Ridge, Meade Dist., Marshall Co., West Virginia. He left a will date 9 June 1868 and it was probated on 28 Oct 1871. It gives his death as 8 July 1871 and names his wife and all of the children. His marriage to Eliza Wellman was on 29 Oct 1840 and is found in the Marshall Co. Marriage Bk. 1/26"
