Zelinda Sever in Northborough (CC Apr 14 1821) CENSUS: In the 1830 United States census, William Seaver was a head of household in Quincy town, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. The household included one free white male aged 15 to 20, three free white males aged 30 to 40, one free white male aged 50 to 60, one free white female under age 5, one free white female aged 5 to 10 and one free white female aged 20 to 30 (1830 United States Census,Norfolk County, Massachusetts, Population Schedule, Quincy, Page 133, FHL Microfilm 0,337,918). In the 1850 US census, the William Seaver family resided in Northborough, Worcester County, MA. The household included William (age 56, school teacher, $3,88 in real property, born MA), Zelinda (age 48, born NH), William H. (age 18, comb maker, born MA) and Olive (age 70, born MA). [LDS Microfilm 0,443,562, page 258, family #185]. Note that Olive is Zelinda's mother, not William's. In the 1860 US Census, William Seaver (age 69, male, a farmer, $2000 in real property, $500 in personal property, born MA) and Silinda Seaver (age 68, female, born NH) resided in Northborough township, Worcester County, Massachusetts [FHL Microfilm 0,803,528, Page 955, dwelling #797, family #986].
