Great Haye is a farmhouse of early 17th Century construction. It is a Grade II listed Heitage Building. (ID. 93918, Longitude/Latitude: 50.5828, -4.1932) According to Kenneth Allyn Rowe (Research in Rowe Research. Virginia Rowe, Danvers/Salem, Massachusetts, 1980. p. 15), it was the Rowe family home, where the coat of arms of John Rowe and Elizabeth Moore were inscribed on a stone lintel
