William Primet was baptised on 23rd November 1777 at Great Wymondley in Hertfordshire, son of Sarah Primet, formerly Dixon, and her husband Thomas Primet. Sadly he died when he was only seven months old, being buried at Great Wymondley on 5th July 1778.
