On his death in 1884, William's Will made the following bequests- to his son Michael, 50 acres being the south half of lot 15, con. 2 , Rama, plus $100. - to his son Martin 75 acres, being the north west part of lot 15, Con 2, Rama. --to his son Moses, 75 acres being the north east part of lot 15, Con. 2, Rama.-- to his son John the east half of lot 16, Con. 2 on condition that he shall give there on, a comfortable living to his mother, also he is to allow his sisters Mary Ann & Margaret, to abide in the homestead with him until they have a home for themselves or choose to remain. If they marry or leave John was required to pay them $100.
