    WILLIAM LEAR
    William Lear, who spent the greater part of his life in Westmoreland City and vicinity, died suddenly in his home at 5:30 o'clock Saturday evening, aged 50 years. He had been a sufferer from diabetes for the past few years but had been better lately and worked in the mine Friday. Surviving are his wife and eight children, the oldest being 19 years of age. Funeral services will be held in his late home Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Irwin Union cemetery.
