   Ill for several weeks, Roy Charles Lear, 59, Westmoreland City, died yesterday in Westmoreland hospital. Nieces and nephews in Westmoreland City are his only survivors. Friends will be received at Glunt funeral home, 504 Oak street, Irwin, where services will be conducted by the Rev. Wade R. Miller, pastor of Primitive Methodist church, Westmoreland City, at 2 p.m. Thursday. Interment in Irwin Union cemetery will follow.
