WILLIAM KILLINGSWORTH II was born about 1683 in Surry County, Virginia.

William married LEAH HUNNICUT about 1710.

Died intestate in North Carolina in 1735. Estate divided in 1735 between Leah Hunnicutt, his relict, and William, John, Nicholas, Sarah, Edward, Lucy, and Elizabeth (Edgecombe County Inventories and Accounts of Estates 1733-1753, page 16). Two more independant researchers have stated that Leah's maiden name was SMITH or SMYTHE.

William lived in the part of Edgecomb which became Halifax in 1759.

On page #100 of LaFrona Mouser's book. she states "In 1738, there is a division of the Estate of William Killingsworth, dec. His Heirs were William, John, Nicholas, Sarah, Edward, Levy, Elizabeth. The distribution of the persoanl property of the Estate of William Killingworth was signed by James Smith and John Killingsworth."

William died in 1735 in Edgecombe County, North Carolina.
