Permis: I give and bequeath to my son William Killingsworth; My old plantat(ion). Land bounded. Thus with an addition of a neck of land lying between, to plantations; divided by a line of mark'd trees the outware parts, beginning; at a mark'd whitewood in ye north of a branch going ye lower ground of my old plantation So by line of mark'd trees downward to a branch to a mark'd live oak by ye plantat(ion) I now live atts. So up ye, said branch to a mark'd pine standing at ye head line of ye said land a round ye said _______ to ye first beginning. & a year old heifer marked co ll a crop & two Slitts in neck ear & on overkeck in yee years to him and his heirs forever.
Item: I give to my daughter Lucy Gullidge one young sow to Yee vallin _______ half a crown to her and her heirs forever.
Item: I give to my son John Killingsworth ye: remaining part of my land being Ye: plantation: I now Lives att to him and his heirs forever.
Lastly I appoint constitute and ordain my true and loving wife Avis Killingsworth my whole and sole Escuet. Of this my last will and testament and do give her priviledge (sic) of letting or tending any part of my afores, land during her widowhood, but if she doth marry then only Yee; plantation I now live att yee; during her life time - This being yee; sume (sic) of this my last will & testament so may not be violated - as wittness (sic) my hand and Seal, this Testis;
