WILLIAM H. JACKSON
Death of William H. Jackson, Texas and Pacific Railway station agent at Petty, occurred at his home at Petty, Thursday, at 7:35pm. A farmer in that community a number of years, he had been railway agent there about six or seven years. He was confined to bed by illness the past three weeks. Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. G. H. Gattis of Brookston, Methodist pastor, were set for 4pm Friday at Petty Baptist Church, Brown-Roden Funeral Home making interment in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Jackson, born Dec. 5, 1879, near Petty, married Miss Carrie Stephenson, and she and his three sisters survive: Mrs. F. E. Manuel, Direct; Mrs. Mary Forbus, Hondo, N. M., and Mrs. Maggie Bunch, Paris.
