Jones Comr. of the Rockcastle Circuit Court in the suit of John Robertson against Andrew Snodgrass and Recorded in Deed Book H, page 284 which deed is referred to and made a part of this deed also the land known by the following description 100 acres... deeded to Calvin Snodgrass and Ransom Laswell by Meridith Thompson & wife by deed bearing date 24 Nov 1831 recorded in Deed Book D, also 1/4 part of 100 acres deeded by E. Harris & wife to C. Snodgrass bearing date 29 Jul 1839 and recorded in Deed Book E also the release of William Henderson and Pollie Nokes to their interest in the tract of land where Nellie Henderson now lives recorded in Book E... [1]. [Note: appears to be this William Henderson and his sister Mary 'Pollie' [Henderson] Nokes].
