[edit] Information on William HeathWilliam Heath married Ann Wilson, widow of George Browne. The will of William Heath was written in February, 1733 and filed in August, 1735 in Somerset County, Maryland. It notes his wife Ann, who was the executress, and minor sons William, Jonathan, and an unborn child (most likely Wilson Heath). It also notes Heath’s Venture on the north side of Dividing Creek and daughters Mary and Rebeckah. Also noted were Margaret Browne, George Browne, and Andrew Browne. The witnesses were John Griffin, Robert Willson, and William Wilcoeks. In September, Ann Heath, widow, claimed her third of the estate as widow.
