William George Henry Fullinger was baptised on 6th February 1876 at Sidlesham in Sussex, son of a charwoman named Maria Fullinger, late Grant, formerly Prior, and her husband George Fullinger, a carpenter.

William appears in both the 1881 and 1891 censuses living with his parents and siblings in the Mill area of Sidlesham. In 1891 he was described as a baker. He has yet to be researched after 1891.
