William Frame was born about 1774, in Botetourt, Virginia, British Colonial America, his father, John Francis Frame, was 27 and his mother, Elizabeth Anne Gibson, was 22. He married Susannah Davis in 1801, in Mount Sterling, Montgomery, Kentucky, United States. They were the parents of at least 8 sons and 7 daughters. He died on 6 March 1838, in Parkersburg, Scott Township, Montgomery, Indiana, United States, at the age of 65, and was buried in Wasson Cemetery, Scott Township, Montgomery, Indiana, United States.
