The Jan 1538/39 will of James Feake of Wighton names sons George, Simon, James, Robert, and William. From the author's reading of the will, he believes that George (still a minor) was the eldest, and the others were in order as listed here. This is inconsistent with the pedigree in the 1664 Visitation of Norfolk, which named William as oldest, but George was named executor along with his mother Agnes, which would be an unusual thing to do if he was still a minor and not the eldest.

The 1664 pedigree was clearly incomplete, and someone may have made an assumption about the order of the sons.
