About this 1/2 brother we know nothing further. It is possible that this is the William that was in Tennessee a few years later, and even later in Illinois.

The Illinois branch of Fatheree dates from these 3 brothers, William,Hilliard and Benjamin who Settled in Illinois circa 1830. A. William left Illinois about 1841 and is believed to have gone to Texas where he changed his name to Uriah B. Hilliard Judge - descendants are fairly well documented C. Benjamin had 1 son and 6 daughters
