Her mother was Janet Breckenridge - the sister of George and Robert Breckenridge and other Breckenridge family that settled in Augusta Co, Va. The Beatty family is seen with families (Mitchell, Miller, Breckenridge, Culbertson, Reynolds, Kerr, Campbell, Finley, etc) in both Cumberland Co, PA and Augusta Co, Va. William Beatty (Cumberland Co) could be the son of Thomas Beatty and the brother of Francis Beatty (Augusta Co).
