    A deposition made 1734 before a Court in P. G. Co., Book T, folio 209, William Beall stated his age was 34 years.

    In his father’s will of 1743 he gets land called Largoe, and Newfoundland, both lyeth on the south side of southwest branch of the Patuxent River.

    William Beall transferred land to Christopher Lowndes, July 20, 1738. Liber T, folio 633, P. G. Co. Lowndes built a large brick house on this land near Bladensburg. It is in excellent condition today (1914). He called it Bostock. Wash. Star, April 12, 1914. ...
