Son: Lamuell Bartee (the land and Plant where I live, reserving the use of it to my Wife during her life; 1 Negro boy Joe to be given my Son when he is 21 years old; my large looking glass; my desk)

Son: William Bartee (a young Negro boy George when my Son is 21 years of age)

Wife: Lettishe Bartee (during her life, the use of 5 Negroes: Peter, Old George, Venus, Canney and Charles; the use of my Sons' Negroes until they are of age; after her death, my Negro man Peter to go to my son Lamuel; Negroes Old George and Charles to my Son William; the use of all my Est. not given away, during her life, to raise my children with larning; after her death, the remainder is to be divided among my 3 children, William, Ann and Elizabeth Bartee)
