Son: Robert Bartee (the land & Plant. & appurtenances where I live now, excepting the ground where the Still stands, by estimation, 54 acres; Negro James; bed & furniture I sleep on; hand mill; a horse & trace chains and horse plows; 1 broad axe & hoe; 1 great pot & racks; 1 curing knife; 1 cow called his; the sheep in his own mark; a gun & "Baynot"; 2 sows & pigs)

Son: William Bartee (1 Negro man Peter; all the rest of my Estate not Willed away after my debts are paid; if he should never return again, his legacy is to be equally divided between my 3 Sons: Thomas, Robert & James)
