   Funeral services for Wilbur C. Mankamyer, 69, 3613 Palmira Ave. were held Saturday April 17 at the Northwest Christian Church.  The Reverend Bob Manship officiated.  Interment was in Myrtle Hill  Memorial Park.   A native of Somerset County, Pa., Mr. Mankamyer had lived in Tampa for the past 21 years and was a member of he Northwest Christian Church and of Youngstown Lodge No. 615 F & A.M., Youngstown, Ohio.
