   James C. Mankamyer, 74, of Youngstown, Ohio, died Feb. 19, 1973, in Northside Hospital there.  Born Sept. 4, 1898, on Meyersdale RD, he was a son of the late Christian and Martha (Murray) Mankamyer.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie, in 1967, and a son, Manford, killed in World War II.
