Daily Times-News, The Monday, June 14, 1965 GRAHAM Final rites For WALTER Franklin PAYNE, 50, oF Atlanta, Ga., will be held at Burke Strickland Memorial Chapel in Burlington tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Officiating will be the Rev. Raymond Webb, pastor of Antioch Baptist Church, and the rev. Ralph Rivers, pastor of Community Baptist Church. Burial will be in Mt. Herman Methodist Church cemetery. A Former resident ofRt. 1, Graham and a native of Alamance County, Mr. PAYNE was the son of the late Eli Irvin and Roxie Ann Harren PAYNE
