    30 Jan 1936, p4 - WALTER HUDDLESTON. Walter Huddleston of Straughn, died Monday at the Veteran's hospital at Indianapolis, as a result of a shell bursting in his camp during the World War while in action in France. He served the U.S. Army 24 years. During the past few years he was a caretaker for the three cemeteries of Dublin. He was the son of the late Henry Huddleston of Mt. Auburn. Surviving are the wife, Oma; three step children, four brothers, Elmer and John of Cambridge City; William of Winamac and Otto of Knightstown: One sister, Mrs. Dora Reed of Ashland. Funeral services will be held this Thursday afternoon at the Dublin American Legion Hall.
