Vivian Elaine Loughner Shearer 74 of Slickville passed away Sunday March 13, 2016 at her home. She was born July 4, 1941 in Slickville the daughter of the late Walter J. and Viola B. Richey Loughner. Vivian was a homemaker, who loved to cook, bake and take care of her family. She enjoyed making candy; everyone loved her peaches, and strawberries. She is a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Saltsburg Congregation. She is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Harland L. Shearer Sr., three children; Sharon Brunk and her husband Paul, Harland L. “Buck” Shearer Jr. and his wife Kimberly and Thomas Shearer and his wife Janel, all of Slickville, four grandchildren; Cherish Rising and her husband Josh, Lowell, Ashley and her wife Danielle , and gage, two great-grandchildren; Lacey and Talon, three sisters; Esther Bankage and her husband Leo of Foster, Ellen Hainan and her husband John of Slickville, and Wilomina Speck and her husband Paul of Tennessee, three brothers; Ronald Loughner of Houston, Texas, John Loughner and his wife Laine of North Versailles, and Henry Loughner and his wife Tammy of Mamont, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Loughner.
