1. William E. "Wiley" Cutright and Virginia (Ash) Cutright Swiger married on August 30, 1885 in Doddridge, West Virginia at the home of Levi Ash in Doddridge, West Virginia. Wiley and Virginia were 19. Wiley and S. C. Cutright and Levi Ash provided the information.
