Vincent LOWE born about 1658 /9 - died about 1691 married Elizabeth FOSTER b. 1658/9 and died 1726. daughter of Seth FOSTER , She married 2nd, William Coursey by 1694. Vincent Lowe, was m. to Elizabeth Foster by 1677 when he & his wife Elizabeth conveyed land to Richard Gould (Talbot County Land Records 3:124).

To Lawrence Knowles and Ralph Dawson, Sr. personality To wife Eliza: "Great Choptanke Island" and all pertaining thereto, which was left sd. wife by her father, Seth Foster, as his eld. daug., requesting her if she die without hrs. to bequeath sd. Island to Foster Turbutt and hrs. To Foster Turbutt, 530 A. on Tred Haven Ck. To Mary Turbutt, dau of Michael Turbutt, part of 1,000 A. "Four Square" Residue of testator's lands, viz., "Winfield" "Oeeitorpe" at Tuckahoe, "Lady's Delight" and Timber Ridge" in Cecil Co., "LOWE'S Desire" and Chestrfield" on Cher R., "Thurston Neighbor,' Balto. Co., "LOWE'S Purchase," Dorchester Co., and residue of "Four Square" afsd to be sold by execs. To brother Nicholas, land in Parish of Denly, England, left testator by his MOTHER, ANN LOWE. Test: James Lowe, Thomas Roberds, Grase Hencks.

I also noted a codicil to the Will of Philemon Helmley of Queen Anne Co: Date afsd (7 Nov 1719). To dau. Anne, pt of "Towtenfields" at hd of Choptanke R., queen Ann's Co., bought of Renatus Smith, and formerly laid out for Col. Vincent LOWE.
