According to "A Biographical Dictionary of the Maryland Legislature" (under the listing for William Turbutt), this is Elizabeth FOSTER, b. 1658/9 and died 1726. She married first, Vincent LOWE and secondly, William Coursey by 1694. There are two Turbutts listed--I'll synopsize as follows:

1. Foster Turbutt (1679-1720/1). Born: 11/13/1679 probably in Kent Co. Was in Talbot Co. by 1687. Father: Michael d. 1696 Stepfather: Jacob Covington d. 1726. Mother: Sarah, dau. of Seth Foster (d. 1674/75 Talbot Co.) and wife, Elizabeth. Half Uncle: John Hawkins ca.1657-1717; Aunt: Elizabeth Foster who married first Vincent Lowe and second, William Coursey. Brothers: Richard, b. 1681; William (see below); Samuel who married Rachel, dau. of Nicholas Goldsborough; and Nathaniel. Sisters: Mary who married first, John Coursey, son of Henry Coursey and second, Thomas Hynson Wright; Sarah who married Arthur Emory of Queen Anne Co.; and Margaret who married Nicholas Lowe of Talbot Co. This article goes on with nieces and nephews including Thomas Wright who died 1784; Mary Anne Wright d. 1747 who married William Hopper; Anne Wright d. by 1754 who married Edward Oldham; Mary Coursey who married Solomon Wright; Elizabeth Coursey who married Thomas Wilkinson; Elizabeth Turbutt who married Thomas Harris; Ann Maria Turbutt who married Edward Tilghman and Mary Lowe who married Edward Oldham.

Foster Turbutt married Britchet Stone who died in 1719. Son: Henry, b. ca 1703. Daughter: Sarah, 1706-1773 who married Nicholas Goldsborough; Elizabeth ca 1708 who married Tench Francis; Mary Ann, 1711-1794 who married first John Robbins, son of Thomas; Robert Goldsborough, son of Robert; Mary, b. 1713; Ann, b. 1715 and d. 1766 who married John Goldsborough; and Rachel, b. 1718 who married Thomas Bullen.

William Turbutt (as listed above) was a brother of Foster Turbutt. He married Elizabeth Earle, dau. of Michael Earle d. 1709, Talbot Co. and his wife, Ann Carpenter. Her niece was Henrietta Maria Earle who married William Hemsley. There's more if you need it, but I think I've about covered all of the names in this will. Linda Reno
