OTTER, Uelke John, 67, of Lynden, passed away at a local hospital Tuesday, September 28, (1954) following a lingering illness. He had resided in the Lynden district for the past 46 years. He is survived by his wife, Dena; 3 daughters, Mrs. Henry Polinder, Lynden, Route 2, Mrs. Marion Vander Wal, Grangerville, Idaho, Dorothy Otter at home; one son, John G. Otter, Lynden, Route 2; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Frank Otter of Lynden; one sister and one brother in Holland. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 1, at 2 p. m. from the Third Christian Reformed Church in Lynden, with the Rev. F. W. Van Houten officiating. Interment Monumenta under the direction of the Gillies Funeral Home.
