Mentions "the youngest Child being weakly & under the Care of a Doctor". 19 Mar 1765: Further account allowed. 26 Mar 1765: Judge's decree settling real estate on Edward Ward (Eldest son of Timothy Ward, the said deceased's widow having quitted her Dower), he paying brothers Jonathan & Nehemiah and sister Esther. 30 Mar 1865: Receipt of Margaret Ward Relict Widow of Timothy Ward for full share in Husband's estate.
