"Captain Timothy Thrall Born 2 Dec. 1662, died 31 Jan. 1723—4. Married 31 Dec. 1699, Sarah Allyn, she b. 13 July 1674, d. 28 Dec. 1740, dau. of Capt. Thomas Allyn and Abigal, the dau. of Rev. John Wareham, the minister who came with the Colony from England. It appears that Capt. Timothy inherited lands from his wife's family. He was activein local and Colosry affairs."

Thrall, Timothy, Windsor. Invt. £5025-09-03. (Paper money.) Taken by John Thrall, Samuel Strong and John Stoughton. Will dated 28 January, 1723-4.
I, Timothy Thrall of Windsor, do make this my last will and testament: I give to my wife Sarah Thrall £500 in money to be to her forever. Also the use of half my house, orchard and homested during her widowhood; also to keep two cows summer and winter, with pasture, and may cut grass where she may choose in any of my grass land for sd. cows. I give to my two sons William and Timothy Thrall, after all debts and legacies are paid, the rest of my estate, to be divided equally between them. My son William may have the use and improvement of Timothy’s portion until he come of age, provided my son William shall well and truly pay and deliver unto his brother Timothy Thrall his part at the age of 21 years with the interest and improvement of ye sum of £500 money. I give to my daughter Sarah £500 in current money. I give to my daughter Abigail Thrall £500 in money, to be paid at the age of 21 years or previous marriage. I also will that Margaret, my Indian girl, shall have her liberty and freedom allowed her, provided she faithfully serve my wife for the space of 13 years from this, or, in case of her prior decease, to serve the remainder of the time with my son William. I appoint my wife and son William to be overseers and guardians over and for my children; also to be executors.

Codicil: We the subscribers being at the house of Captain Timothy Thrall of Windsor sometime in his last sickness, we heard the sd. Thrall declare that his son William Thrall should have all the interest he had in or at the iron works at Suffield and the oare and coal that he had procured. He also said he would give all those things to William, and I would not have it put in my inventory. Dated 4th May, 1725.
