    [This source mentions a will, but it appears to be an error since it claims it is dated 14 Feb 1704, nearly 10 years after he is said to have (and did) die. Rather it seems likely that commissioners gave his widow her thirds on that date, and then on 20 Feb 1704 divided the remainder among the heirs: Robert and his sisters.]
