Probate

In the Name of God Amen the Third Day of November in the year of our Lord 1726 And in the Thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George of Great Britain &c King. I Elizabeth Cutler of Charlestown in the County of Middlesex in the Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England Widow being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory [thanks] be unto Almighty God therefor And calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following [that] is to Say Principally and first I give and recommend my Soul into the hands of God that gave it and my body to the Earth to be buried in decent Christian burial at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named nothing doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive the Same again by the mighty power of God.

And as touching Such Woldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise and dispose of the Same in manner following

First I will that all Such Just Debts as I owe shall be truly paid by my Executrix.

Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson Robert Cutler Five Pounds.

Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson James Lowden Five Pounds.

also I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Anna Lowden Five Pounds.

And all the Residue and Remainder of my Estate Real and Personall whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Shearman and her heirs for ever whom I do constitute make and Ordain my Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

And I do hereby disallow void and disannull all and every other former Testaments Wills Legacies Bequests and Executors by me in any wise before this time named ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Day and year above written.
