1891 Census: August he has marries Rebecca:

1895: At the birth of his son Ernest George, Thomas Western is a Commercial Clerk living at 65 Highbury Park, Islington with his wife Rebecca.

In a letter Kenneth George Western writes: " [my father's brother] was Thomas who was the father of Ernest Western (George of the Brothers). This gent I remember, he was a delightful little man rather under the thumb of great Aunt Rebecca [his wife] - a formidable lady."
