Born abt. 1651; Dea. Thomas d. at Stratford, 7 Jan. 1719/20 ae. abt. 70; m. Elizabeth Titherton, dau. of Daniel, who d. abt. 1729. No issue.
Will of Thomas, Sr., 8 Dec. 1717, proved 26 Jan. 1719/20; wife Elizabeth; cousins John Thompson, John Welles, Ambrose Thompson, Joseph Welles, Robert Welles, Ebenezer Thompson, Thomas Thompson; sister Temperance Pitman; cousins Thomas, Joseph, Robert, and Gideon Welles of Wethersfield, Josiah Beers, Samuel and Thomas Welles of Stratford; movable estate to cousins John Welles, John Thompson, Joseph Welles, Sarah Evert of Jamaica, L.
