Samuel Ruggles late of s'd Roxbury deceased" convey for £20 to "Brother Samuel Ruggles the Eldest Son and Heir of the afores'd Capt Samuel Ruggles of s'd Roxbury" half of an Orchard and Pasture land which was formerly their s'd Father, and upon Distribution of his estate, set out to Anna Ruggles his wife.
