    link 5 Jun 1888: Know all Men by there Presents That we Harriet L Lenfest, Thomas H Lenfest and Sarah E Boyson all of Cambridge in the County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts in consideration of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration paid by Harriet B Lenfest of said Combridge in the County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged do hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said Harriet B Lenfest her heirs and assigns a certain lot of land with the buildings thereon, situated in that part of said Cambridge known as Cambridgeport being a part of lots numbered eight and nine on a plan of house lots, surveyed by James Hayward dated August 1853 bounded and described as follows to wit:..." "(we claim out title as heirs of Thomas H Lenfest late deceased) and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and Defend that same to the said grantee and her heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims..."
