THIS INDENTURE made this Nineteenth and Twentyeth day of June in the fifteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Second & in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & forty one Between THOMAS JORDAN of the County of Prince William Planter and ROSE his Wife of one part & AUGUSTINE JENNINGS of the aforesaid County Planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said THOMAS JORDAN and ROSE his Wife for sum of Fifteen pounds Current money of Virginia have granted unto the said AUGUSTINE JENNINGS & to his heirs & assignes forever all that parcel of land containing two hundred acres being in the Parish of Hamilton & County of Prince William and adjoining to two tracts of land one whereof in possession of THOMAS WELCH the other in possession of GEORGE WILLIAMS & is bounded Beginin g at the same begining & runing the same Courses as are Specefied in the said JORDANs Deed so far as a line extended to the aforesaid GEORGE WILLIAMS line & thence along the said WILLIAMS line to the begining will include two hundred acres which said land being part of a tract of land granted unto the aforesaid THOMAS JORDAN by DEED from the PROPRIETER of the NORTHERN NECK of Virginia bearing date some time in the month of May in the year one thousand seven hundred & forty together with all houses & appurtenances whatsoever to the said land which premises are now in the actual possession of him by vertue of one Indenture for one year and by vertue of the Statute for transferring uses into possession, and all the right of them the said THOMAS JORDAN and ROSE his Wife to him the said AUGUSTINE JENNINGS his heirs and assignes forever. THOMAS JORDAN and ROSE his Wife (she being first privatly examined) acknowledged this lease & release to be their act & deed & it was admitted to record.

THIS INDENTURE made this twenty first & twenty second day of September in the fifteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Second & in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & forty one Between FRANCIS JACKSON Parish of Hamilton & County of Prince William Planter of one part & PETER NEWPORT of the same Parish & County Tayler of other part Witnesseth that said FRANCIS JACKSON for the sum of Sixteen pound Currt. money of Virginia do sell unto the said PETER NEWPORT & to his heirs and assigns for ever all that parcel of land containing one hundred acres being in the Parish of Hamilton & County of Prince William & adjoining to a tract of land in Occupation of VINCENT GARNER & is bounded begining at a small white Oak on a hill at the head of a branch thence along the dividing line between the said FRANCIS JACKSON and VINCENT GARNER one course so making a Corner thence runing another Course & making another Corner towards land in Occupation of THOMAS JORDAN there making a Corner & from thence runing another line so far as a line Extended from thence to the begining will include one hundred acres of land all which said premises now are in the actual possession of him the said PETER NEWPORT by vertue of Indenture for one year & by Vertue of the Statute for transferring uses into possession To Have and To Hold the said parcel of land unto the said PETER NEWPORT his heirs & assignes forever
