Death per CR Ent Obit, 10 Oct 1996; Duane attended the rural schools near his home, near Coon Rapids, in Orange Twp, Guthrie Co; Duane and Mildred farmed in the Bayard and Coon Rapids areas, retiring and moving to Bayard in 1986. Duane also worked for the A.S.C.S. for 25 years. Duane was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bayard. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and playing cards with friends and family. He loved listening to country music and enjoyed dancing with his many friends on Saturday and Sunday nights. He especially liked spending time with his grandchildren. Have a great-granddaughter, Makenzi Arin Hoit. Need parents.
