Thomas united with the Dunkard church early in life, but in later years united with the Baptist church at Foraker of which he was a member at death.
Thomas' death certificate reads that he was 79 years 3 months and 3 days. Died of apoplexy or stroke, W. N. Mundy of Forest, Ohio was the doctor. Funeral services were conducted from the Good Hope Church by the Rev. James McKinley. Burial was 28 Nov 1919 at Good Hope Cemetery, Wyandot County, Ohio. The undertaker was Arthur Hall of Forest. Informant was Arthur Hall.
Tom lived with his son Eugene Flower at the time of his death.
