Thomas (Ensign), b. about 1639 (in November 1657 John Winthrop Jr. treated "Goodman Ensigne's son of about 18," and, on 6 December 1657, he treated "Ensigne[,] Tho[mas]" [WMJ 55, 65]); living 6 December 1657; no further record. (The second of these Winthrop Medical Journal entries has the annotation "page 1 loose sheets," which corresponds to the page with the modern number 55, demonstrating that these two entries pertain to the same child.)
