Identity

This Sarah Elson (who married James Ensign and had a child 1630-1633) can not be the daughter of Abraham & Rebecca ( ) Elsen of Weathersfield. In Abraham's probate record, it appears; "[s]he [Rebecca, the widow] hath two daughters, on 3 years old and the other a yeare & 1/2. Hannah, the daughter of Abraham Elsen and Rebeckah his wife, was born 1 August 1646. Sarah, the daughter of Abraham Elsen and Rebeckah his wife was born ___ (Weatherfield's Records)." Therefore, the daughter Sarah is 1 1/2 years old in 1648 (or 1649)
