- ANNE DOWSE, b. say 1592; named before sister Dorothy in the 1625 will of their brother Cuthbert.
- ALICE DOWSE, bp. 24 Feb. 1594/5. Not mentioned in the 1625 will of her brother Cuthbert.
- THOMAS8 DOWSE, bp. 24 Feb. 1595/6; m. MARY GARDINER.
- CUTHBERT DOWSE, bp. 18 Feb. 1598/9 (as "Cutbard"). As Cutbert Dowse, merchant tailor of London, he left a will dated 8 Aug. 1625, proved 1 Feb. 1626/81 naming brothers Thomas, Tristram, and Anthony, and sisters Anne and Dorothy . Brother Anthony was to be executor.
- TRISTRAM DOWSE, bp. 5 June 1600; named in the 1625 will of his brother Cuthbert.
- DOROTHY DOWSE, bp. 8 Oct. 1601; named in the 1625 will of her brother .. Cuthbert.
- ANTHONY DOWSE, bp. 19 March 1602/3; named in the 1625 will of his brother Cuthbert. He was perhaps the Anthony Dowse, citizen and haberdasher of London, who left a will dated 7 April 1672, proved 13 April 1672 naming sons John, Samuel, Thomas, and Obadiah Dowse; unmarried daughters Mary and Sarah Dowse; daughter Rebeccah Sydenham; Francis Sydenham; son-in-law Thomas Bowler; brother-in-law John Spicer; brother-in-law John Waylett; sister-in-law Anne Waylett; Mr. Edmund Paxton; sister Margaret Freeston; dear loving wife Elizabeth Dowse (to be sole executrix); loving kinsman Mr.Thomas Bassett.
