Thomas Davis is listed in the following parts of the will of his father, John Davis:

And whereas among the misfortunes attendant mankind my son Thomas DAVIS is not as yet as sensible a person of his age usually are therefore for his better support $120 over and above his regular share...

My executors to maintain son Thomas, or cause it to be done and care for his Legacy during his or their life, And Lastly, I make and ordain my son Samuel DAVIS & my brother Samuel DAVIS my executors.

Based upon these references, it is unlikely that he married before he died 1847 in Garrard County, Kentucky.
