Sworn to 27 Mar 1749. 17 Apr 1749: Thomas Burnum Jun'r Adm'r of ye Estate of his father Tho's: Burnum late of Ipswich Dec'd Intestates his Acc't. 10 Jul 1749: Additional accounting. Undated, probably bef 1 Jul 1749: "I Susannah Burnum Widdow of Thomas Burnum Late of Chebacco (Deceast) have made agreement with my sons concerning the yearly Incom of my thirds in my s'd husbands Estate to my full content & Satisfacation." 1 Jul 1749: Agreement of heirs dividing estate: "Thomas Burnum: Jerimi[ah] Burnum: Caleb Burnum: Stephen Burnum: & Nathan Burnum With Isaac Parson & Hannah his wife all Chilldren & heirs of our Father Mr Thomas Burnum Sen'r Late of Chebacco in Ipswich", signed by all, acknowledged 10 Jul 1749.
